Data collected
First name, last name, phone, email, birthday (optional), services booked, stated preferences, orders, loyalty points. No bank details or Mobile Money codes are stored: payments are processed by KKiaPay.
Purposes
Managing appointments, orders and your client account, reminders, the loyalty programme and customer relationship. Offers and upkeep reminders (“time to come back”) only with your explicit consent (never pre-ticked), with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Client account
You can create an account to follow your appointments and points. You can update your details and communication choices, or delete your account, at any time from your client area.
AI preview
Your photo is sent to the AI service only to generate the preview, after your consent. Barber Tech does not keep it; only the chosen style may be attached to your booking.
Voice concierge
You are talking to an artificial intelligence, which is stated at the start of every conversation. Conversations are logged to follow up on your request.
Retention
Client data: 3 years after the last appointment. Loyalty points: reset after 12 months without a visit. Conversation logs: 12 months. Accounting data: legal period.

Access, rectification, deletion and objection: from your client area or by writing to contact@barbertech.bj. You can contact Benin’s personal data protection authority (APDP).
